Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email as soon as it ships.

Delivery

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within the United States once shipped.

Shipping costs

Free shipping on orders of 2+ bottles. Single-bottle orders ship at the rate shown at checkout.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, reply to your shipping email or contact support@meetvessa.co and we'll chase it for you.

Wrong address?

If you notice an address mistake, email us as soon as possible — we can usually correct it before the order ships.

Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.
