Our 60-day money-back guarantee

If you don't feel the difference within 60 days of your order, we'll refund you — no questions asked. That includes opened and even empty bottles: we'd rather you actually try the product properly.

How to request a refund

• Email support@meetvessa.co with your order number (it's in your confirmation email).
• We'll confirm your refund by email — no forms, no hoops, no return shipping labels to chase in most cases.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of being processed.

Subscriptions

Cancelling a subscription stops all future charges and shipments. The 60-day guarantee applies to each shipment from its charge date. See Manage Your Subscription.

Late or missing refunds

If it's been more than 10 business days since we confirmed your refund and it hasn't appeared, check with your bank first (processing times vary), then email us and we'll investigate.
